Welcome to our travel agency. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your travel itinerary, with full payment due 30 days before departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 45 days prior to travel will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may incur a 50% fee to cover non-refundable hotel and transport bookings.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.

4. Responsibilities

Our agency acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels). We are not liable for delays or service changes made by these third parties.
